Olle Boback resigns from the Board of Bonava

Olle Boback has extensive experience with Bonava/NCC spanning over several decades, including roles such as Business Unit President for Bonava Germany until 2019 and Board member since 2023.

Following the change, Bonava’s Board retains decision-making capacity with seven members, and therefore no immediate appointment is necessary.
