This project start is part of Bonava's strategy aimed at expanding its portfolio of investment properties in the Baltics. The investment, valued at EUR 7.5 million, relates solely to this investment property. It will be part of the Green Wave neighbourhood that is being developed by Bonava and that will include 731 homes on completion.
-It is becoming increasingly difficult to buy a home in Vilnius, while demand for newly built rental apartments is growing. Our expansion into the rental segment in Lithuania reflects evolving customer needs and growing demand for rental apartments in the capital, says Remigijus Pleteras, Country Manager, Bonava Lithuania.
Bonava offers rental housing projects to investors in Germany, Sweden and Finland, while the company develops rental apartments for own management in the Baltics. Bonava has already developed and is managing rental housing in the other Baltic capitals. The investment properties developed in Riga and Tallinn are fully leased, financed locally and have stable and well-functioning operations. The international experience gained in these countries will now be applied in Vilnius.
