Great interest in Bonava's waterfront apartments in Nacka

The sales of Bonava’s apartments in Tollare Marina started on Thursday and were met with great interest. Bonava has now started work on the first buildings in the area, which will house nearly 100 apartments located along the waterfront promenade in the Tollare residential district.

- After several years of successful development in Tollare, I am proud that we are starting work on Bonava’s first housing units in this fantastic waterfront environment. As it enters this final phase, the Tollare area is truly beginning to take shape as an entirely new and uniquely sustainable residential area. The buildings in Tollare include a mix of single-family houses, row houses and apartments in a beautiful environment, says Fredrik Hemborg, BU President Bonava Sweden.

Work on the first homes in Tollare began back in 2011. Three years later, a unique and attractive residential area is now emerging. The housing units in Tollare are currently home to more than 600 people and the area is undergoing a rapid transformation. Several players are involved in the transformation and residents are gradually moving into the area, one block at a time.

Bonava’s focus is on creating homes and neighborhoods where it is easy to maintain a sustainable lifestyle. The buildings are resource-efficient and built with consideration for the local residents and the environment. To achieve this, the project takes into account not only the area’s natural surroundings but also the feedback of various stakeholders: meeting places are being built featuring landscaped areas, outdoor seating and numerous common spaces to make it easy to meet and socialize.

The new apartments in Tollare Marina range in size from 41 to 155 square meters with open floor plans, spacious balconies and windows in two directions. The buildings are situated on sloped lots leading down to the marina. Sales have already started and the first residents are scheduled to move in during summer 2018.
