Long term incentive programs

Bonava currently have long-term incentive plans covering the executive management and key stakeholders within the group (LTIP 2019, LTIP 2020, LTIP 2021 and LTIP 2022). Participation in the program requires private ownership of shares within Bonava. The purpose of the programs are to connect the shareholder’s and the executive management and key stakeholder’s interests to ensure maximal long-term value creation. The duration of the programs are three years respectively. Grant of B-shares based on the participant’s holding of share rights is dependent on fulfilment of performance targets.
