1.1 In this integrity notice, Bonava explains how your personal data is processed when you sign up to receive press releases.

1.2 It is important to us that you feel confident that we treat your personal data with due care. We have therefore implemented the technical and organisational security measures necessary in order to protect your personal data against unauthorised access and use. 2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU?

2.1 Personal data is all information that may be associated to you as an individual. We process different personal data about you depending on what relationship you have with us, as described below. If you disclose personal data about someone else to us, such as members of your family, you are responsible for ensuring that they are given the information in this document.

2.2 When you access our website, we process data about your activity on our website, such as your browsing history and search queries, your device ID or other unique identifiers, device and software characteristics (e.g. statistics on your page views, referral URLs, IP address (which may tell us your general location) and information on the availability and delivery of our advertisement. We also obtain information via cookies, which we explain in our Cookie Information

2.3 When you sign up for receiving our press releases, we process your email address and/or phone number.

3. FOR WHAT PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

3.1 We use the information listed above for the purpose of:

  • Sending you press information via email and text messages (you can always opt out from such information via a link included in each email or by contacting [email protected]);
  • Sending and displaying information deemed relevant for you based on the information collected via cookies, provided that you have consented to the use of cookies (here) you can find more information about cookies and how to erase them) via email, text message and phone;
  • Using information collected via cookies in order to backtrack how you have interacted with our website in order to provide relevant information to you. The backtracking becomes possible only after you have provided us with your email address or any other directly identifiable information (please see more information about this and how to prevent the backtracking in our Cookie information);
  • Providing real time feedback about how our applications are working in order to ensure that you are not experiencing problems with them and in order to prevent fraud and maintaining the security of our web services.

4. WHEN IS YOUR PERSONAL DATA ERASED?

4.1 We are keeping your data as long as it is necessary in order to fulfil the purpose set out above, thereafter the data will be erased in accordance with our erasure routine. This means that certain data will be kept during a longer period than other data.

5. WITH WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

5.1 We process your personal data in order to provide you with press information if you have subscribed to that service.

5.2 Certain processing, e.g. when we analyse the use of our website or track user behaviour to optimize our marketing, is however based on a consent.

5.3 Other processing activities are based on a so called balancing of interest which means that we have a legitimate interest of processing the data (e.g. to improve the functionality of our website and to perform statistical analysis) and we do that in a way that does not interfere with your privacy. 

6. TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

6.1 In connection with providing you with press information, we disclose your e-mail address and/or phone number to our service providers that send out the subscription information. We will also disclose your data to authorities if it follows from a legal requirement or administrative decisions.

6.2 The companies that we disclose data to are only allowed to process your data in accordance with our instructions and by way of agreements we ensure a high level of security for your personal data. Should we transfer your data to external companies outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that appropriate security measures have been taken, such as including the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses for data transfers (which are available at the EU Commission’s website) in our agreements with the parties accessing personal data. 

7. YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH OUR PROCESSING

7.1 Pursuant to applicable data protection legislation, you have the following rights in connection with our processing of your personal data:

  • Right of access, i.e. a right to obtain information about what personal data we process about you and a copy of the personal data undergoing processing
  • Right to rectification, i.e. a right to have incorrect data corrected
  • Right to erasure, i.e. a right to have your personal data deleted
  • Right to restriction of processing, i.e. a right to request that out processing is restricted, for example if you contest the accuracy of the personal data we are processing
  • Right to data portability, i.e. a right to request that your personal data is being transferred from us to another company
  • Right to object to our processing of your personal data
  • Right to withdraw your consent, a withdrawal will however not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that our processing does not comply with the applicable data protection legislation
