Bonava starts production of 77 homes in Helsinki

- The market conditions in Finland remains challenging, which is why we are particularly pleased to start a larger consumer project in Helsinki. The Renata project demonstrates that when the product and location are right, we can successfully start new developments and achieve a strong reservation rate, even in a demanding market environment, says Riku Patokoski, Business Unit President, Bonava Finland.

Kruunuvuorenranta is a rapidly growing residential area in Helsinki. The area offers its residents six kilometres of shoreline, diverse outdoor and comprehensive urban services. Transport connections will improve further in the coming years, as the new Kruunusillat -bridge and tramline connection will bring the city centre within a 15-minute ride by 2027. Pedestrian and cycling connections across the bridge will open as early as spring 2026.

This production start will be reported in interim report for the third quarter. The project was started late in the quarter why reservations will be converted during the fourth quarter and will then be reported as sold units. The project is financed through project financing from Danske Bank.
